The making of the *Folorunsho x K1Xclusive, Sierra Leone DCAC limited edition pack sneakers.
The K1X Sierra Leone DCAC sneakers have finally reached NYC and are available exclusively at the K1X Collective Pop Up Boutique.
For this project, K1X combined all ingredients for an outstanding footwear project: a unique story, maximum exclusivity, high end distribution and dope product. The pack combines original African ankara fabrics, Asian footwear manufacturing and German know-how.
The sneakers were only featured in select boutique stores around the world and sold out almost immediately, including: Colette in Paris, SlamJapan in Tokyo, CLVII in Berlin and LimitEDitions in Barcelona.
Proceeds from the shoe sales will be donated to the *Folorunsho Sharity. A project that works directly with street kids in Freetown, Sierra Leone get an education.
